Writing and publishing
As I mention elsewhere, my first business was publishing a magazine about kart racing in Canada and was tremendous fun to run for the year that I kept it up (it was even profitable after the third issue!).
As a Journalism student, writing professionally has been a big part of my full-time career and side hustles, including magazine writing, writing for the web, public/employee relations, and marketing communications.
